In a day and age where “average” is often not achieved, those times when we experience “excellence” is when we’re over the moon happy to share our experience. We wanted a simple Cedar Gate built on the side of our house to hide our garbage cans. We got a hold of JPS as they were doing some work for our neighbor. With it being peak season for building projects…they told my bride they would do their best to work us in…and boy are we HAPPY they did…!
We got on their schedule and from the get-go, we were could tell there’s something “special” in JPS’s DNA — Nick and Adrian showed up and impressed us with the dialogue back and forth with regard to getting our expectations ferreted out in addition to discussing any challenges with our wish list. I grew up on a farm and my Bride and I actually built a home — the questions they were asking and the solutions they suggested were spot-on and well thought out. We have some decorative brick-work that presented some challenges but their suggestions ended up working out swimmingly. The hinge-side post needed to be anchored at the top (bottom was in concrete) and the final outcome was perfect! They cut off a through-bolt and re-threaded it so it didn’t end up protruding into our garage — it’s both level and solid — couldn’t be happier with the way it all turned out…!!
