Jon and his team were excellent to work with. They replaced my deck boards with Trex and built an amazing permanent roof over ¾ the deck. They also added a step down from the deck in two places and a beautiful railing along one side and up the main stairs with a hand rail.

They started and finished when they said they would, completed everything we discussed and it was perfection! The whole process from bid to completion went smoothly. The quality of their work and the products they used were top notch. Communication was excellent too.

The finished project was beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier with my experience with them! I would work with them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

JPS Builders replaced our deck recently with a new composite deck and added stairs as well. It was a great experience, reasonably priced, and we're loving the new deck. We've received many complements and it really adds to the curb appeal of our house.

In a day and age where “average” is often not achieved, those times when we experience “excellence” is when we’re over the moon happy to share our experience. We wanted a simple Cedar Gate built on the side of our house to hide our garbage cans. We got a hold of JPS as they were doing some work for our neighbor. With it being peak season for building projects…they told my bride they would do their best to work us in…and boy are we HAPPY they did…!

We got on their schedule and from the get-go, we were could tell there’s something “special” in JPS’s DNA — Nick and Adrian showed up and impressed us with the dialogue back and forth with regard to getting our expectations ferreted out in addition to discussing any challenges with our wish list. I grew up on a farm and my Bride and I actually built a home — the questions they were asking and the solutions they suggested were spot-on and well thought out. We have some decorative brick-work that presented some challenges but their suggestions ended up working out swimmingly. The hinge-side post needed to be anchored at the top (bottom was in concrete) and the final outcome was perfect! They cut off a through-bolt and re-threaded it so it didn’t end up protruding into our garage — it’s both level and solid — couldn’t be happier with the way it all turned out…!!
